Orders, payment records and support records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and customer-service obligations. Request a personal data export from Account Information first if you need a copy.
Sign in to submit an account deletion request. If you cannot access the account, contact support for identity verification.
Booking support
Send a booking support request for JollyEast to review. This does not automatically cancel an order or issue a refund.
Checkout
The total shown at checkout reflects the current cart. Any final gateway charge must be visible before you confirm payment.
Travellers
Adjust the party size before adding the tour to the cart. Availability and price are checked again when the booking is saved.
